Manager Group Control

As Manager Group Control at Ausnutria, a leading producer of high-quality infant and toddler nutrition, you will be instrumental in shaping and further developing the Group Control function. You’ll work within a small, dedicated team responsible for both external and internal reporting for national and international entities, ranging from Dutch production environments to international sales offices, subsidiaries, and joint ventures. The consolidation process is fully automated, allowing you to review and analyse the figures and discuss the results with Controllers across various global entities. Additionally, you’ll collaborate on several projects and support Ausnutria’s ongoing growth alongside your team. You will report directly to the Financial Director, in a dynamic and intellectually stimulating role where you can significantly contribute to the department’s development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coaching and developing the team (3 FTE)
• Ensuring accurate processing of figures for consolidation (OneStream)
• Managing month-end and quarter-end closings, including reconciliations, intercompany alignment, and analyses
• Reporting, internal and statutory
• Executing and refining the budgeting and (rolling) forecasting processes
• Keeping up-to-date with regulations (IFRS, Dutch GAAP)
• Maintaining contacts with the external auditor and leading the external audit process
• Leading various projects (including automation)

You have a strong foundation in financial audit or accounting and take a pragmatic approach to advancing the finance organization. You are proactive and enjoy collaborating with your team, appreciating the autonomy given while being capable of seeking help when needed. You are curious about developments within the company and value international interactions with colleagues across different business units and joint ventures.

You have:

• A University degree complemented with a CPA certification
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a multinational company or public accounting firm.
• Clear and effective communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)

Ausnutria B.V. produces high-quality infant and toddler nutrition based on cow and goat milk. The products are manufactured in three factories in the Netherlands (Kampen, Leeuwarden, and Heerenveen) and sold globally through company-owned sales offices and local distributors across all continents.

The Finance organization in the Netherlands comprises around 20 colleagues across Group Control, Group Accounting, and Business and Operational Control teams. Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual salary range: €85K – €91K (full-time), depending on education and experience
