Interim Manager Finance & Accounting

Job description

As the Interim Manager Finance & Accounting you will lead financial operations, ensure accurate financial administration, handle billing and client revenue, support financial projects and collaborate with general management, the Board and practice group leads. This role also involves managing the finance team, fostering a collaborative environment and serving as the primary contact for financial matters with key stakeholders.

  • Provide financial insight and recommendations, prepare and present financial reports to the management, board and practice group leads, ensuring they are informed of the firm's financial performance and key metrics.
  • Oversee the billing process

Requirements

You have:

  • A Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Proven experience in financial management and control, billing and revenue management
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment (a must have!)

You are:

  • a strong leader with analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • fluent in Dutch and English
