Group Reporting & Consolidation Specialist

Position

As a Group Reporting & Consolidation Specialist you will be responsible for the correct preparation and control of financial data, as well as the preparation of financial reports for ERIKS Group. You will analyse and review monthly reporting from operating companies and partly take care of the consolidation process. ERIKS has been acquired by a private equity firm this year, which means that the finance department is building capacity and is continuously looking for improvements such as an IFRS conversion and a new consolidation system. You will be part of the Corporate Reporting & Accounting (CR&A) team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Consolidate the financial information of all subsidiaries and entities at a corporate level (OneStream)
  • Support your CR&A colleagues and the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team in performing the necessary checks and balances on ERIKS’ financials, including deviation analyses and forecasting checks
  • Closely collaborate with the FP&A team on ad-hoc analyses
  • Deliver required internal and external reports regarding the financial position and results of ERIKS Group
  • Assist in preparing updates to the (new) Reporting and Accounting manual and provide support to local teams when they implement new policies and procedures in their daily routines
  • Further develop ERIKS’ OneStream-based reports to optimize and automate reporting processes as much as possible
  • Contribute to the preparation and delivery of corporate sustainability reporting (CSRD)

Profile

You possess strong analytical skills and have a talent for driving improvements. You thrive in an open and collaborative culture, where you are given both freedom and responsibility. You manage deadlines with ease and adapt well to ad hoc requests or unexpected changes.

You have:

  • A master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting or auditing
  • Knowledge of IFRS
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus
